Encounter Travel is a family-owned and operated organization that draws on 23 years of experience in creating custom travel experiences. The formative elements of every trip draw on over 17 years of missionary experience serving a variety of apostolates of the New Evangelization.

We will work with you at every step of the way to provide a custom-made experience of travel that will transform the lives of all participants.

What We Offer

We will work with you and your team to develop an itinerary that is custom-fit for your organization's character and priorities. Travel plans and destinations are all customizable to your desires.

Start-to-finish trip planning and accompaniment during travel

We will work with you and your team on a regular basis to onboard participants and refine all travel needs. During the trip we will personally accompany the group, provide specialized travel care, deliver formational talks (as desired), and carry out your itinerary.

Professionally planned trip logistics

From developing a budget to fit your target demographic, to airline tickets, hotels, meals, ground transportation, VIP events and travel insurance, we will provide professional travel services to make your trip perfect.
